In rare cases, you may have the need to return an item to Go4Bids. Below, please find the policies and procedures that allow us to quickly and efficiently process your return. Go4Bids will be unable to process credit for returns without prior authorization.
Return Procedure:
In order to return a product you must be granted a RAN (Return Authorization Number). To receive an RAN, Log on to Live help or email the Go4Bids customer Service at info@go4bids.com. You must contact Go4Bids within 15 days from purchase date to initiate a return. It is important that you include the detailed reason that you are requesting a return. Once your return is authorized, Go4Bids will email you the RAN. It is important that you follow the instructions listed below for returns or your return may not be processed. RAN numbers cannot be extended or reissued.
Instructions:
• Your returned items must reach us within 15 days from RAN issuance. Items received after 15 days will not be accepted for full return. Returned merchandise received after 30 days from RAN issuance will not be refunded nor returned.
• When we receive your returned item, we will refund your order amount less a minimum 15% restocking fee, duties/taxes or customs and the original shipping charges.
• The RAN label must be attached to all packages being returned. The purchase invoice must be included with the return. If there are multiple packages, a separate copy of the invoice must be included in all packages being returned.
All items will be inspected and tested by Go4Bids upon receipt. In order to process your return and credit, the items will be inspected for the following:
• All items must be returned in the original condition and packaging. Specifically: packing materials, diskettes, CDs, warranty cards, parts and accessories, manuals, and all other documentation provided.
• All software included with your purchase must be returned in the original condition in which it was supplied by Go4Bids, sealed and with hologram intact where applicable.
• Products must be returned with all standard certification labels intact and legible (UPC code, barcode labels, etc), if there is any.
• Serial number on returned product must match serial number on record with Go4Bids.
• Products must be returned to Go4Bids in original packaging with a qualified external shipping container to eliminate possibility of shipping damage during the return transport.
• Packages affixed with counterfeit label(s) or affixed with labels exhibiting tampering will not be accepted for return.
• DAMAGE: Any damaged products, due to poor or non qualified internal and external shipping packaging will not be accepted for return.
• You are responsible for shipping and proof of delivery on all returns; therefore, for your protection, we strongly suggest that you fully insure the package you are returning and use a traceable method of shipping which includes a tracking number so that you can provide proof of delivery if necessary. If you cannot provide proof of delivery for your return, you will not receive credit for that return.
The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping. Original shipping charges will not be reimbursed. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, if your return passes inspection, your return will be processed. Please allow up to 20 days for processing. To ensure your return passes inspection, please follow our returns procedure listed above.
Excessive, incomplete or costly return patterns may result in termination of purchasing privileges.
Damaged During Shipment - Occasionally an item will be damaged during shipment. If you notice any damage to the box or item, note the damage in detail on the receipt and do not accept delivery of the package. It is important that you do not accept or sign for a damaged package. Contact Go4Bids Customer Care immediately at 1.800.976.3813. We will send you a replacement item or credit your account upon receipt of the item at our warehouse.
